The golden rule of LinkedIn etiquette is to always provide undeniable value that speaks to the exact type of person you are trying to connect with. This is why I have created a very unique LinkedIn connection strategy. Now that you have a huge volume of content that is in context to the solution your ideal clients are searching for, you simply add it all to your LinkedIn pages. Your Personal Profile will promote your product or service and your Company Page. Your Company page will promote your product or service and your Showcase Pages. Your Showcase Pages are used to highlight the specific focus points of your product or service and get your ideal clients clicking over to your lead magnets or website. All of these pages are then promoted by your LinkedIn articles and LinkedIn social media posts. This creates a sophisticated content web that makes the LinkedIn algorithms work with you rather than against you. This will drive a lot more ideal clients over to your lead magnets which means you will make more sales.
When it comes to attracting your ideal clients on Facebook it is much easier. Unlike LinkedIn where people are on the platform for business reasons, the people on Facebook are looking up friends and family, which means they are more relaxed and open to clicking on posts that are of interest to them. Your social media posts will be scheduled for your personal page and your company page. These posts can be much longer which means they are different from your LinkedIn posts that need to be short and to the point.
Youtube
When it comes to attracting your ideal clients on Youtube it will be done via your keywords. Youtube is a search engine which means your ideal clients go onto the platform and ask questions and watch videos that offer the solution to their question. This is why we use the ‘Venn Diagram Youtube Script Template’ to make it easy for you to create a large volume of videos. Then I teach you how to optimize each video on Youtube so it gets found in searches. These videos can be repurposed and added to your blogs, social posts, social platforms, and email campaigns. Even your webinars can be cut into smaller videos and then added to YouTube. It’s all about creating as many videos as possible and adding them to all of your content assets.
Social Posting
Once you have all of your blogs uploaded to your website and your LinkedIn personal profile page, you are ready to launch. This starts with your social posting. The ‘Venn Diagram Social Media Posts Template’ creates all of your social posts that will last for years. This means you need to automate them all. The only way to do this is to pay for scheduling software. The good news is that there are hundreds to choose from. They are all very similar and you don’t need anything fancy. All you want to do is schedule two posts a day for 7 days a week.
Email Posting
The objective of step 2 of the Growth Funnel Journey is conversion. This is converting your ideal clients into sales or interested email subscribers. This means you need to automate your email delivery. Email automation is a must which means you need email automation software. I use ActiveCampaign because it offers the most features at the best price but there are literally thousands to choose from. Email is about striking while the iron is hot. Every lead magnet will have its own campaign and you will have campaigns for promotions and launches.
Analytics
As you use the different Venn Diagram Templates and create more and more content assets it can become overwhelming to know which ones are working and which ones need changing to make them work. This is where your analytics come into play. Thankfully Google makes this a very easy task to achieve. All you need to do is load the Google Analytics Code into your website via a simple plugin and you are done. Google Analytics measures everything going on within your website. So you can see what blogs are being clicked on what pages people are landing on. This means you can measure your content assets and see which ones are performing the best and which ones are not. If you find any pages that are never being clicked on, then you make the necessary changes until you do see them being clicked on.
Lead Magnets
When it comes to attracting your ideal clients and converting them into sales you must have lead magnets. It’s not about having one lead magnet and hoping it works, it's about having multiple lead magnets and discovering which ones work the best. Then using those lead magnets at the front of your funnel to attract more ideal clients. Your lead magnets need to be promoted with your social posts, blogs, videos, and advertising. They are your core assets which means it's your job to make sure they are getting maximum exposure.
Opt-In Pages
When it comes to the actual conversion of getting your ideal client's email address you will need to create a dedicated page for each of your lead magnets. This page has a very serious job to do because it needs to provide the final piece of content that convinces your ideal client to hand over their email address in exchange for the lead magnet. If this page is strong you will get up to a 70% conversion. If this page is weak you can expect to convert at about 3%. So there is a big gap here and you need to focus on these pages to aim for that 70% level.
Landing Pages
The Landing Page is the next page your ideal client lands on as soon as they enter their email to get the lead magnet of their choice. This means you have a few seconds to strike while the iron is hot. If you get your timing right, you will convert at a much higher percentage. Your ideal client has just made a major decision to share their email with you, knowing that you might bombard them with annoying emails and ask for meetings and become all sales-y with them. So you need to be very careful on this page because you do want them to buy from you but you need to do it in a genuine and non-sales-y way. This is where you use the ‘Venn Diagram Authority Video Template’ to produce a very genuine sales video that sets you up as an authority who wants to help them achieve the results they are searching for.
Facebook Advertising
Once you have all of your content assets created you are ready to start running your Facebook ads. The hardest part of running ads is working out what to make the ad about. Thanks to the ‘Venn Diagram Advertising Template’ you will have 9 focus areas to create your ads on. You simply create a Facebook ad for each of the 9 focus areas and rotate between them. You monitor which one generates the highest clickthrough rate, at the lowest cost per click and highest conversion. Youtube Advertising
When it comes to advertising on Youtube we keep it simple. Youtube Ads can easily drive an insane amount of traffic to your content funnel. I show you some targeting strategies that are unique to Youtube and will put you directly in front of your ideal clients. I use an advanced placement targeting tool that gives you the results you need. This means your ads will be placed in videos you know your ideal clients are watching. You can even target every single video in any given channel for a smarter approach to video advertising.
LinkedIn Advertising
Once you are familiar with Facebook and Youtube advertising, the LinkedIn advertising platform is very similar. The main difference is that LinkedIn charges a lot more for their cost per click. They do this because you are paying for the accuracy of the click. Linkedin has a very detailed targeting structure so you can dig down to the finer details and make sure your ad lands in front of your ideal client. This is why I make LinkedIn the third advertising choice. Starting your advertising on Facebook will help you keep your budgets down as you gain more insights into your target audience. Then it will help you work out which lead magnet is converting the highest and creating the most sales. Then you include Youtube advertising that allows you to use your most popular lead magnets and put your ad in front of your ideal clients. This will prove that you have the right audience targeting and the right lead magnet. Then you move onto LinkedIn with a wealth of knowledge and start advertising. Even though your cost per click will be a lot higher, you will have the confidence that each click will convert at a much higher percentage.
Onboarding Email Campaign
Each of your lead magnet opt-in pages is integrated into your email autoresponder software so you can send out the specific email campaigns. Then use your email sequences to build trust, relationships and prove that you are an authority within your chosen field of expertise. Once you build a community of interested email subscribers you can interact with them and convert them into a steady and predictable flow of ideal buying clients. Your emails need to make your Ideal Client feel as if they are written directly to them and that you are reading their mind. Emails are the best way to get your ideal clients to come back to your site and continue consuming your content.
